Instruction

1Tighten the oil drain valve on the oil cylinder clockwise, and adjust the olecranon to the height of the oil drum.
2Clip the olecranon to the upper edge of the oil drum to make sure it is firmly fixed.
3Continuously press the hydraulic handle with your feet until the oil drum is at a suitable height from the ground.
4Move the oil drum to the designated position, turn the oil drain valve counterclockwise, and let the oil drum rest on the ground.
5Remove the olecranon and the job is done.
